                Sales Director Remote [Chinese Speaking]   COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a 100% Chinese owned company, manufacturing electronics components.  
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop sales strategy for the company products within assigned region, together with the company’s direction, action plan, sales forecast, budget planning.
• Responsible for market research, market analysis, market development, market promotion, target customer analysis, exploitation of cooperation opportunities with new customers
• Responsible for exploiting and acquiring new projects and new business opportunities for existing customers.
• Capture and control the execution and delivery of orders and do a good job of customer care with the sales department and customer care department to achieve sales goals.
• Negotiate and construct appropriate trading terms and channel strategy in alignment with the company's direction.
• Report to Chinese Director in China.
• Others task will be assigned by Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Sales experience – management level
• Experience in electrical/electronic/LEDs lightning/electronic circuit boards/nano electronics
• Open for Chinese candidates . who can speak VietNamese & English are prefered
• Sales and negotiation skills, hands-on and result-oriented
• Strategic & critical thinking
• Proactive work ethics and open-mindedness. Can work independently.
• Planning and organizational skills
